Rabat – M Avenue, a new shopping center in Marrakech spreading over 5 hectares, officially allows visitors to enter the locale to experience a preview of the new destination before its upcoming official opening.
According to a press release from M Avenue, the modern shopping center is gradually opening its doors to more and more well renowned brands, pending the full opening.
Behind the creation and the financing of the M Avenue project is Moroccan real estate development company, Downtown Hotel Corporation (DHC).
Up to October 20 2021, visitors could only access the center with “M Pass,” a special pass which can be downloaded on the website www.mpass.ma, in order to get a behind-the-scenes look and discover the various entertainment programs on offer.
Starting the same date, M Avenue is open to the general public. Visitors will now be able to explore the venue, which holds nearly 100 000 square meters of covered areas.
The shopping complex includes spaces dedicated to various activities, such as Meydene, a cultural space which provides visitors with expositions on different topics using 360° immersive technology, a 400-seat theatre, as well as a rooftop inviting guests to enjoy authentic Moroccan cuisine.
“M’Art Studio” is also an establishment within M Avenue that encourages artistic expansion by offering activities for both adults and children above the age of 4.
The center also holds a digital management school called “M Tech,” whose mission is to develop the talents of aspiring entrepreneurs in managing their digital companies.
“M Clinic” is a medical beauty center that offers various beauty treatments with renowned and experienced practitioners and specialists.
In addition, M Avenue is home to a business center “M Business,” providing professionals with modern office spaces and cutting-edge technology and equipment.
Four Seasons, an international hotel and resort company, will also be beginning activities within M Avenue, along with the new hotel service company M Residences, allowing visitors to enjoy an exclusive luxury hotel experience.
Also on offer will be Cristiano Ronaldo’s well-known hotel chain Pestana CR7, which is set to soon open its 5th establishment within the M Avenue center in Marrakech. It will hold 174 rooms, two restaurants, a rooftop lounge, a business center, a spa with a gym, and a swimming pool.
