Rabat – Lebanese iconic singer Myriam Fares will feature the Amazigh culture, rhythm, and clothes in a new song.

The news made international headlines in the Middle East. Myriam Fares revealed the news in a televised television show with Lebanese  host Jessica Azar.

The singer paid tribute to all Amazigh people across the world.

“I would like to greet the Amazigh people, in all parts of the world, particularly in Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia, and I would like to inform them that I will release a work with Amazigh rhythms, Amazigh dance and clothes. the dialect will be Moroccan even,” she said.

She added Darija so that everyone can understand the lyrics, because the Amazigh dialect is “very difficult.”

The Lebanese singer already performed in Moroccan dialect in her song “Tlah” (Jump).

The singer has expressed love in different events to Moroccan fans, including in Mawazine where she danced and sang her songs with the audience while carrying the Moroccan flag.

In addition to Moroccan dialect, the singer also performed songs in a variety of different dialects of Arabic, including Khaliji (Gulf dialect), Iraqi, Egyptian, as well as her mother tongue.
