Rabat – As summer approaches and Morocco lifted its travel ban, Morocco’s flagship airline Royal Air Maroc announced a special summer promotion package for flights from New York and Washington to Casablanca.
Royal Air Maroc’s first promotion package consists of a round trip flight from the US to Morocco for $899. Travelers wishing to benefit from this promotion can travel between June 1 to June 12, or from July 16 to July 31.
Return flights are scheduled for June 9 to July 24, in addition to from September 5 to December 28.
The second promotion allows travelers to book roundtrip flights for $1099 in the travel period between June 13 to July 15, while the return is scheduled between July 25 and September 11.
Meanwhile, the sales period will take place from February 24 to March 11, 2022.
Royal Air Maroc is Morocco’s national airline which has been rapidly ramping up its number of flights amid a return of international tourism to Morocco after border closure were suspended on February 7.
The airline was a key partner, along with Air Arabia, in organizing repatriation flights from Ukraine in the past week as the Moroccan government sought to evacuate its citizens, including a vast number of Moroccan students.
With relatively low COVID-19 numbers and a tourism sector eager to return to a state of normalcy, Morocco is once again starting to welcome both guests and diaspora members eager to travel to one of the world’s top tourist destinations.
