Rabat – The Executive Education Science and Technology at Morocco’s Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is set to inaugurate an Executive Master that will focus on training qualified professionals in the governance-related fields.
Entitled, “Governance, Administration, and Policy of Education and Formation,” the master’s program is launched by the department of the Institute of Educational Sciences (ISE) at UM6P Benguerir.
ISE seeks to strengthen the development of training within the educational sciences in Morocco and across Africa through educational innovation, research, and teaching-learning.
The one-year program offers a multidisciplinary training curriculum and is composed of eight modules that are taught in a hybrid mode. The training includes theoretical and practical courses, with a focus on group and collaborative work.
Enrolled students stand to benefit from modern techniques and the access to various facilities at UM6P.
Professor and researcher at ISE Judicael Alladatin said that the new master, which will be launched in August, is “strongly inspired by the results of scientific research and data, with an aim of bridging between the practice, theory, and research.”
”The executive master will also enable enrolled students to adopt an innovative approach in managerial practices within educational organizations,” Alladatin added.
In March, UM6P’s School of Architecture, Planning & Design (SAP+D) also launched the “Building Performance & Territorial Management” master program which seeks to train qualified professionals in the field of innovation and sustainable territories.
The school’s tech-driven methods for education aim to respond to the persisting challenges in Morocco and the African continent.
With an ambition to develop Morocco’s educational sector, the UM6P teamed up in May with the world’s giant database management company Oracle Corporation to cooperate on research and development and further boost digitalization in Africa.
Students wishing to enrol on the Executive Master are required to apply in the official website.
