Rabat – Portugal is going head-to-head with Switzerland on December 6. The match will take place at 20:00 Moroccan time at Lusail Stadium in Qatar. Portugal qualified under group H, and Switzerland was part of group G.
Spectators not attending the match in Qatar’s World Cup stadiums can watch the game on several platforms, and stream the game on sports channels.
As part of their World Cup coverage, Qatari international sports network beIN Sports is streaming the game.
The game will also be broadcast by BBC One, via streaming on BBC iPlayer, or on the BBC Sport website.
Viewers can watch the game on Telemundo and FS1.
So far, 14 teams including England, Spain, and Morocco among others have qualified for the round of 16 of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
This will be the 26th time these two teams have faced each other on the pitch.
Portugal’s key team player, Cristiano Ronaldo, believes this is his last World Cup making it even more important to go out with a bang aiming to advance as far as possible in the tournament.
While Portugal’s Bruno Fernandes will come back to join his national team.
Switzerland beat Portugal 2-1 in their previous clash at a major tournament at the Euro’s in 2008.
Switzerland has never won three matches in a World Cup event, but the team did earn six points in Group G, with only a goal difference separating them from pre-tournament favorites Brazil.
