Rabat – Morocco’s national carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced its latest round of flight offers to Doha for the benefit of Moroccan fans wishing to support the national football team in Qatar.

These include a total of seven outbound flights from Casablanca and seven return flights in economy class, set at a fixed price of MAD 5,000 including tax.

Morocco is set to play against Portugal in the World Cup’s quarter-finals on Saturday following its historic win against Spain’s La Roja in the round of 16.

The qualification marks Morocco’s first appearance among the tournament’s final eight.

“The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), and Royal Air Maroc are launching a new program of special flights for the travel of Moroccan fans to Doha in order to support the Atlas Lions during their next meeting on Saturday, December 10th,” said RAM in a statement.

Tickets will be available at travel agencies, as well as on RAM’S website, indicated the statement, adding that the tickets are “non-changeable and non-refundable.”

The seven flights heading to Qatar are scheduled on December 9 and 10.

The four remaining flights will head to Doha on December 10 at 00:40 am, 1:40 am, 2:40 am, and 3:40 am.

In addition, seven flights will depart from Doha on December 11 throughout the day for fans wishing to return home.
