Rabat – Morocco’s U17 team triumphs over Mali in the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (CAF) semi-finals with a 6-5 score in penalties, securing their place in the final with a stellar performance in a match on Sunday.

Morocco’s national under-17 team has secured a place in the semi-finals of the CAF after defeating their Algerian counterparts 3-0 in the quarter-finals on Wednesday in Constantine, Algeria. The win also guarantees Morocco a spot in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Morocco had a strong showing in the group stage, finishing at the top of Group B with two consecutive victories against Nigeria (1-0) and South Africa (2-0), and only suffering one loss to Zambia.

The team’s performance in the quarter-finals was a testament to their skill and determination, as they dominated their Algerian opponents from start to finish. Morocco’s victory was secured with two goals from young striker Zakaria Ouazane and a goal from Adam chakir.

With their impressive performance so far, Morocco’s young players will be looking to continue their winning streak and secure a spot in the prestigious international competition.
