The survey indicated that 91% of respondents are considering changing jobs in 2023, “suggesting a highly dynamic job market in the MENA region.”
In addition, the data revealed that online job sites have become the preferred method of job search for 71% of respondents, with the report saying that this trend emphasizes the need for employers to understand and accommodate the evolving needs of professionals to remain competitive.

The top three skills deemed crucial by respondents for the present job landscape include the ability to work without supervision (34%), flexibility and adjusting to change (27%), and self-motivation and discipline (17%). This shows the growing importance professionals place on autonomy and adaptability, noted the report.
The survey also showed that email remains the primary communication method for job seekers at 41%, closely followed by online job sites at 38%.
