Rabat – Saudi club Al Hilal’s head coach Jorge Jesus confirmed in a press conference that the lineup for tonight’s game against Al Raed will be different from any other previous game.
Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou and former Fulham forward Aleksandar Mitrovic are expected to make their debut with ‘Al Zaeem’ tonight.
The former Sevilla star joined Al Hilal on August 17 in a deal reportedly worth 21 million euros for 3 seasons until summer 2026.
Bounou joined several other stars who signed for the Saudi club, including Brazilian superstar Neymar and Wolverhampton Wanderers captain Ruben Neves.
Al Hilal fans, however, will have to wait for at least a month before witnessing the debut of their most significant signing Neymar Jr. as he has been sidelined due to injury.
In addition to the Atlas Lion, the anticipated line-up contains Yassir Al Shahrani, Ali Albulayhi, Mohammed Jahfali, Saud Abdelhamid, Sergej Milinkovic, Mohamed Kanno, Ruben Neves, Salem Al Dawsari, Aleksander Mitrovic, Michael Delgado, Malcom de Oliveira.
The Europa League champion is also highly likely to feature on Walid Regragui’s squad for the upcoming games against Liberia and Burkina Faso during the upcoming international break.
Al Hilal is currently fourth in the Saudi Pro League standings with four points in two games after a 3-1 win against Abha and a 1-1 tie against Al Feiha.
