Rabat – Casablanca-based digital agency Gear9 was recently honored with the Overall Partner of the Year award at the Salesforce Summit Casablanca 2023.
The award is given in recognition of Salesforce partners’ significant contributions and the impact of their work. Gear9 won the award on November 14, on the sidelines of a summit organized by the Silicon Valley cloud-based software company.
The summit brought together prospects, customers, and partners to explore the latest advancements in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data management, and trusted AI.
Featuring international experts from five continents, the event offered educational sessions highlighting Salesforce’s capacity to integrate sales, marketing, e-commerce, and IT teams within a cohesive platform, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the news, Gear9 Managing Director Mounir Bouchiha expressed his pride in the award, saying: “This recognition as Overall Partner of the Year reinforces our ongoing commitment to democratizing the effective use of data, trusted AI, and CRM.”
“We are determined to make these technological advances accessible to all via the Salesforce platform, contributing to the digital transformation and success of our customers within the kingdom,” he added.
This is not the first time the Moroccan agency has secured awards for high operating standards. In March of 2023, Gear9 won two gold awards at the Moroccan Digital Awards, held on the sidelines of the fifth edition of the African Digital Summit.
The prizes were awarded for “Best use of Data, Analytics & CRM” for the Toyota Webstore project, and in the “Best digital innovation” category for the Win by Inwi project, a 100% digital product brand.
In 2021, the company won Mobiles d’Or for the Win by Inwi project, and the CX Awards in 2022 for the Toyota Webstore project.
