Rabat – With the anticipated World Robot Olympics just around the corner, Morocco is set to be represented by two teams: 3M from Casablanca, and Nova Explorers from Tangier.
The international finals, set to be held in Panama from November 7th to 9th, will see young robotics prodigies from across the globe come together to display their innovative prowess.
The 3M team from Casablanca is set to represent Morocco in the Robomission category.
Both 3M and Nova Explorers have secured their spots through rigorous competition, allowing them to demonstrate their skills in the field of robotics.
The 3M team earned its participation in the Robomission category, while Nova Explorers will compete in the Future Innovators category.
The two Moroccan teams are gearing up to demonstrate their talents, skills, and creativity in a competition that brings together young robotics enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.

The theme of this year’s World Robot Olympics (WRO) centers around “Connecting the World,” underscoring the significance of robotics solutions in the realms of logistics and infrastructure.
The World Robot Olympics (WRO) aim to foster creativity, problem-solving abilities, and robotics expertise among individuals aged 8 to 19. Annually, thousands of young robotics enthusiasts hailing from diverse nations engage in the competition.
The WRO also aims to spark the enthusiasm of young minds in the realms of science and technology and to attain this goal by offering an interactive and engaging experience that allows them to enjoy the exploration of the frontiers of Robotics.
The LOOP Association For Science & Technology has extended an invitation to Moroccan enterprises to lend their support to the Moroccan delegation by providing financial assistance to cover the travel costs.
