Rabat –  The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) carried out several massages in Gaza in the past 24 hours, including at the Nuseirat refugee camps.

Reports said that the IOF committed eight new massacres, resulting in the killing of at least 283 Palestinians and the injury of 814 others in the past 24 hours.

The recent massacres made the death toll jump to over 37,084 since October 7.

Since the start of the merciless campaign in Gaza, the IOF has killed 37,084 civilians while 84,494 others were injured.

“The vast majority of those casualties were caused by Israel’s operation in Nuseirat,” Al Jazeera quoted the Gaza Health Ministry as saying.

Several countries and organizations condemned the latest massacres, with UN officials describing these attacks in the refugee camp as the “epicenter of the seismic trauma.”

The operation at the camp was carried out as an alleged rescue operation from the US-backed IOF, reported to have allegedly rescued four Israeli hostages, at the cost of the bloodshed of hundreds of Palestinians. Andalou Agency reported that the forces allegedly entered the camps disguised in humanitarian aid vehicles.

Martin Griffiths, the UN under-secretary-general for Humanitarian Affairs commented on the latest attack on his X, formerly Twitter, noting that “The Nuseirat refugee camp has become the epicenter of the seismic trauma that civilians in Gaza continue to suffer. Seeing the shrouded bodies on the ground reminds us that there is no safe place in Gaza.”

He added, “Seeing bloodied patients being treated on hospital floors, we are reminded that health care in Gaza is hanging by a thread.”

Turkiye also condemned the deadly aggression at the camps, describing it as a “barbaric attack,”

“With this latest barbaric attack, Israel has added a new one to the list of war crimes it has committed in Gaza,” said the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

The country also called on all institutions responsible to exercise their responsibility “to put an end to these crimes by Israel, which is on trial before the International Court of Justice for violating its obligations under the 1948 Genocide Convention.”
