Rabat  – Tamwilcom, a public financial institution, and the Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health (FM6SS) announced on Friday a strategic partnership aimed at supporting startups and fostering innovation in the health tech sector.

The two organizations signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday at a ceremony in Casablanca.

The agreement was formalized by Hicham Zanati Serghini, General Manager of Tamwilcom, and Youns Bijou, Deputy Director of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health.

As part of this initiative, Tamwilcom will leverage its extensive network of partners through the Innov Invest Fund (FII) to provide robust support for innovative projects emerging from FM6SS and its ecosystem.

The partnership will include joint efforts in organizing and promoting awareness and communication activities to inform project leaders about the various financing options available.

The activities are designed to enhance the capabilities of entrepreneurs and guide them through their development journey.

In addition, the Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health will offer health tech startups access to essential infrastructure, expertise, and facilities to ensure the successful implementation of their projects.

The support aims to maximize the chances of success for start-ups in developing innovative and effective health solutions.
