Rabat – University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) announced today that the Science and Quest for Meaning Center will organize their second international conference on December 6-7.
The center, which is affiliated to African Business School (ABS), will hold the event at their UM6P Campus in Benguerir. The symposium will be coordinated by philosopher and futurologist Jean Staune.
The event will also feature renowned scholars and scientists, including physicists, neurologists and religious leaders, a statement from UM6P said, noting that the conference will explore the boundaries between science , philosophy and spirituality.
“It aims to provide inspiring perspectives to national leaders and future Moroccan generations, encouraging them to innovate and adapt more conscious practices in harmony with their spiritual nature,” the statement added.
Commenting on the new edition of the event, Staune said the center will be honored to welcome internationally renowned figures, and the conference will serve as aplatform that “aims to explore complex and crucial issues of our time.”
In addition to discussions, the conference will include lectures, and interactive workshops to foster innovative interactions.
Among the renowned scholars that will participate in the event include physicist and Nobel Laureate Willian Phillips as well as neurosurgeon Eben Alexander who will be presented as speakers.
