Rabat – Morocco’s General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) announced today that it will launch the E-Police digital services portal, providing a range of police administrative services in an interactive online space for citizens across Morocco.
The portal aims to streamline access to essential services, such as criminal record certificates and identity card appointments, by integrating modern technologies to improve efficiency, speed, and user experience.
Starting December 20, citizens will be able to request this administrative document online immediately after verifying their identity using the “Tiers de Confiance” identity verification platform and the “Digital Identity” portal, both developed by the DGSN.
“The design of the EU-police portal is based on a technological approach aimed at bringing together all the services provided by the National Police in one space,” the DGSN said in its statement.
The security department pledged that the website is characterized by “ease of use and includes the latest technologies and integrated digital solutions adopted in the field of e-government.”
The tools include quick responses to requests, remote identity verification, and the protection of personal data and user information.

As part of its commitment to implementing reforms aimed at digitizing administrative services, DGSN said that the criminal record certificate would be the first service to be integrated into the new E-Police digital platform.
Once a citizen requests a copy of their criminal record, they will receive electronic notification informing them of its availability.
The notification will request them to visit the nearest identity registration center of their choice to collect the document, within a shorter time frame than before, the DGSN said.
E-Police will also be linked to a range of digital services provided by national police, including appointments to obtain electronic national identity cards as well as the registering for police recruitment exams among others.
“The launch of the E-police portal is the first phase of a continuous process to digitize public police services. This service project is expected to include in its future phases, the integration and digitization of requests for other administrative documents,” the statement added.
DGSN has been committed to embrace digitization reforms as part of a broader vision by the government vision.
As part of this commitment, DGSN launched “E-Blagh,” a platform dedicated to combating cybercrime.
The website allows internet users to report illicit content online around the clock.
This includes various offenses such as online fraud, sexual exploitation of children, sextortion, terrorism or its promotion, incitement to discrimination, hatred and violence, and threats of criminal acts.
