Rabat– Sami Cheraiti, a 14-year-old talent from Taza, has quickly captured attention and made headlines with his impressive presence on social media.
Despite his young age, Sami has gained a large online following, showcasing his ability to revive classic songs by iconic Arab stars.
His rise to fame began with a viral video, which caught the attention of Turki Al-Shaikh, the President of the General Entertainment Authority.
Al-Shaikh appealed on his Facebook account for anyone who knows the child to quickly connect with him, as part of the Authority’s commitment to supporting and encouraging promising young talents in various artistic fields.
Sami Cheraiti has a large fan base on social media and owns a YouTube channel where he shares his musical talents, performing songs by iconic Arab singers.
Sami is a participant in the “Nojoum Al Ghad” (Stars of Tomorrow) competition, which kicked off its first season on Saudi SBC Channel.
Before participating in the “Nojoum Al Ghad” program, Sami took part in the second season of “The Voice Kids” in 2017, when he was just 7 years old, but he did not make it past the blind auditions.
Sami Cheraiti wowed the judges with his rendition of Umm Kulthum’s iconic song “Ansak” during his performance.
The judging panel, which includes Dalia Mubarak, Fouad Abdulwahed, and Carmen Suleiman, evaluated the participants based on their vocal talent and stage presence.
