Join on Telegram PSV pulled off a stunning fightback against Juventus in the Champions League play-offs, with Ismael Saibari stealing the show in a night of high drama.
The Dutch side, trailing from the first leg, came out strong in the second half. Croatian striker Ivan Perisic fired home in the 53rd minute, wiping out Juve’s earlier lead. But the Italian giants struck back fast, with Timothy Weah levelling in the 63rd minute.
Then came Saibari’s moment. The Moroccan playmaker pounced on a perfect pass from Perisic, shook off a defender, and smashed the ball past the keeper to put PSV back in front.

Extra time was pure chaos. Saibari nearly sealed it in the 93rd minute, only to be denied by a brilliant save. Moments later, Ryan Flamingo pounced on a keeper’s error to score PSV’s third. Saibari kept pushing, testing the Juve shot-stopper again in the 104th minute.
The final whistle sparked wild scenes. Saibari, along with Saib Driouch, had led PSV to a historic night of European football.
