The first half offered little by way of chances, with both sides struggling to carve out openings.
After the break, Constantine upped the tempo and broke the deadlock early through Abdelnour Belhocini’s close-range finish in the 47th minute.
Despite sustained pressure from the Algerians, Berkane’s disciplined defence held firm, ensuring their aggregate advantage remained intact.
Having lifted the trophy twice in the past four editions, the Moroccan outfit now turn their attention to the final, where they will meet Tanzania’s Simba SC, who edged past Stellenbosch.
Berkane have already won the Botola Pro league title and will now have their eyes on adding another continental title to their growing trophy collection.
