Rabat – Chelsea will face Los Angeles on Monday at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta as part of the FIFA Club World Cup.
Chelsea invited fans to check FIFA’s official portal, where tickets are available.
The match will take place at 8 p.m. Moroccan time. Fans seeking to watch the game can do so via Channel 5, which will show 23 of the 63 matches from the FIFA Club World Cup on free to air terrestrial TV in the UK, according to Talk Sport.
Sports Mole chooses Chelsea as the obvious favorites to finish top of the group, “even if they failed in their quest to sign AC Milan’s Mike Maignan and Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens in time for the tournament.”
The club also asked fans to avoid bringing prohibited items, including fireworks, pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, or grenades of any kind that are not allowed inside the stadium.
In addition to Chelsea, two other matches are scheduled for Monday, including Botafogo vs Seattle Sounders and Boca Juniors vs Benfica.
The FIFA Club World Cup will feature 32 teams, including Wydad Casablanca.
Wydad will play its first game against Manchester City at 5 p.m. Moroccan time. The second game for the Moroccan club is on June 22 at 5 p.m. against Juventus. On June 26, Wydad will face Al Ain.
