Rabat – The organizing committee FRMF (Royal Moroccan Football Federation) announced on Monday that 42,703 tickets had been sold for the upcoming fixture of Morocco vs Bahrain.
The match is set for Thursday, October 9, at the new Stadium Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat. Kick-off is at 8 p.m. (GMT+1).
Tickets are being sold online via Webook and its official app. Prices range from MAD 100 for third category seats to MAD 2,000 for the VIP section.
Organizers thanked fans for the support and urged anyone still waiting to buy early before the tickets run out.
The impressive complex is Morocco’s newest national stadium. It was built to host major upcoming events, like the FIFA World Cup in 2030 and the African Nations Cup in December.
Fans were also asked to follow entry and crowd-management guidance on matchday in order to ensure smooth access.
“The organizing committee invites all supporters to respect the seating numbers printed on their tickets,” the statement said. “Any violation will result in legal sanctions under current regulations.”
Head coach Walid Regragui will speak to the press on Thursday, October 2, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mohammed VI Football Complex to announce the squad list for the October games against Bahrain and DR Congo in the 2026 World Cup qualifying window.
Reguragi is aiming to prepare for the African Cup in December in Morocco, and is currently testing players’ skills to find the best line-up
