Rabat – The 11th Abu Dhabi Date Palm Exhibition opened today under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, bringing together 90 exhibitors from 18 countries.

The event is organized by the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation, part of the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Institution under the Presidential Court, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC).

Held alongside World Food Week and the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition, the event aims to strengthen connections across the food chain, from farm to consumer, and position Abu Dhabi as a regional hub for knowledge exchange, partnerships, and agricultural innovation.

A Global Platform for Innovation

The exhibition serves as a global meeting point for leading companies and professionals working in the date palm sector. It highlights Abu Dhabi’s role as a pioneer in agricultural innovation, sustainability, and food security.

Professor Abdelwahab Bukhari Zaid, Secretary-General of the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation, said the exhibition reflects the UAE’s ongoing commitment to supporting date palm cultivation and enhancing international cooperation to develop the date industry.
