Rabat – Juventus has officially parted ways with Croatian head coach Igor Tudor after poor performance The club made the decision following an eight-game winless streak that left them outside the Champions League spots in Series A.
Tudor joined Juventus in March 2025 and helped the team finish in the top four last season. His early results were promising, with five wins, three draws, and one loss in his first nine league games. That success earned him a contract extension until 2027.
However, the team’s form dropped sharply this season. Juventus failed to score in four straight matches and struggled to create chances, even when using two strikers.
Their last win came in mid-September against Inter Milan. Since then, they’ve drawn and lost every game, including a 1–0 defeat to Lazio that proved to be the final straw.
After the loss in Rome, tensions rose inside the club. The board decided to act quickly and remove Tudor from his position.Â
Juventus Next Gen coach Massimo Brambilla has been named interim manager while the club looks for a long-term replacement.
In a statement, Juventus thanked Tudor and his staff for their work and professionalism. The club also wished them success in their future careers.
Tudor’s time at Juventus was short but eventful. He brought tactical discipline and gave chances to young players like Kenan Yildiz. But his system failed to deliver consistent results, and the team’s attack became ineffective.
Before his departure, Tudor spoke to the media and urged his players to stay united and work harder. He admitted the team was missing something in the final third and needed to improve quickly.
