Rabat – Samsung unveiled the Vision AI Companion (VAC) as the newest innovation in home entertainment, transforming Samsung’s entire lineup of 2025 television models into intelligent hubs that converse with consumers in every household across the globe.
At the core of the VAC is an enhanced version of Bixby, Samsung’s virtual assistant. The assistant has been transformed to engage in two-way conversations with people and provide them with personalized and contextual responses. The virtual assistant can be operated with just one voice command or with the press of an AI button.
In contrast to other voice assistants that are designed to be personal assistants to each user, Vision AI Companion is intended to facilitate joint TV viewing activities.
The device promotes family bonding among family members, whether it be researching trivia during family movie time, searching for dinner recipes, or asking about travel suggestions.
For example, one can ask for Christmas movies to be displayed, a December weather forecast, and even tutorial videos on grilling—all while continuing to watch their program.

The seamless experience is thanks to the technology being driven by generative AI, which has the capacity to understand context and follow-up questions. VAC further provides visualizations of answers that highlight data and images on the television display.
It is also the first multi-AI agent TV platform in the world and features multiple large-language models such as Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
This enables users to execute searches such as trip planning, product analysis, and company analysis with its built-in capabilities to display images and intelligent suggestions.
Samsung has expanded the technology’s usability with features like Live Translate for real-time multilingual conversations, AI Gaming Mode that auto-adjusts audio and visuals, and Generative Wallpaper that adapts to the user’s mood. It also includes AI Picture, AVA Pro, and AI Upscaling Pro for enhanced viewing and sound quality.
The new Vision AI Companion is powered by One UI Tizen and gets software updates for a period of seven years. It is compatible with 10 languages, such as Korean, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. And it has been introduced to Samsung’s entire 2025 lineup — including Neocled TVs, The Movingstyle TVs, and The Samsung Smart Monitor series.
