Marrakech – Through the national team social channels, Walid Regragui announced on Thursday the 28-man list of players set to represent Morocco at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), set to kick off on December 21.

Some notable inclusions are Achraf Hakimi and Sofyan Amrabat who are both currently rehabilitating injuries. Hamza Igamane, amidst adductor issues, is listed as a reserve player on Regragui’s list.

Regragui’s list is almost a carbon copy of November’s squad list for the Mozambique and Uganda friendlies, with Hakimi’s inclusion and the absence of Sofiane Diop being the two main differences.

Here is the full list of players called up by the Moroccan tactician.
