Agadir – The Directorate of Mutual Insurance of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces (DMFAR) and the Mohammed VI Foundation for Sciences and Health (FM6SS) have signed a strategic partnership agreement on Wednesday in Rabat.

The agreement looks to enhance access to healthcare services for members of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces (FAR) and their families.

“This strategic partnership agreement aimed at enhancing access to health services for the benefit of members of the Royal Armed Forces Directorate and their family members,” FAR announced in a statement.

The agreement also reflects a continued commitment to improving the social and medical coverage of military personnel and their beneficiaries, while reinforcing the country’s ambition to extend social protection across Morocco.

“This partnership is fully in line with the national dynamic of reform and generalization of social protection, contributing to the improvement of access to care and the overall performance of the health system,” FM6SS said today in a press statement.

Under this partnership, beneficiaries of DMFAR will have access to the full hospital network of the Mohammed VI Foundation, known for the quality of its healthcare services, the modernity of its medical infrastructure, and the expertise of its multidisciplinary teams.

“Through this agreement, FM6SS makes available to DMFAR beneficiaries its entire hospital network, recognized for the quality of its services, the modernity of its equipment and the expertise of its medical and nursing teams,” FM6SS added.

The initiative is expected to improve the overall patient experience by facilitating access to advanced medical care and specialized treatments, while also contributing to the strengthening of the national health system’s performance and efficiency.

Both DMFAR and FM6SS aim to ensure more inclusive and effective healthcare coverage, in line with national priorities focused on equity, quality of care, and the modernization of Morocco’s healthcare sector.
