Rabat – Brazilian football player Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa has commended the strength of Morocco’s national team ahead of their highly anticipated clash as part of World Cup 2026.
The Brazilian youngster considers the encounter to be one of the toughest matches of the group stage.
Endrick described it as an “early semi-final” for the tournament, given the high technical caliber of the Atlas Lions.
“This match could be a World Cup semi-final. Morocco was there in the last edition, and Brazil always comes with the objective of winning the title. It will be one of the toughest matches of the group stage.” He said
Describing the Atlas Lions as a “very strong team,” the player recalled Morocco’s 2022 World Cup run, stating that the Moroccan national team showed that “they weren’t just there to participate. Several players play in the best leagues in the world, and many play for the biggest clubs.”
The Brazilian forward concluded his remarks by noting that his squad always enters the tournament with a single, unyielding goal, which is to win the title, making this upcoming showdown a promising and thrilling blockbuster.
