Rabat – Moroccan supporters group Rosso Verde has publicly criticized the distribution of tickets for Morocco’s World Cup matches, accusing organizers of repeatedly marginalizing dedicated fans following the national team throughout the tournament.

In a strongly worded statement on social media, the group expressed frustration over what it described as ongoing confusion and unfairness surrounding ticket allocation for Atlas Lions supporters.

“Enough is enough,” the statement read, as the group accused the World Cup organizers of failing to guarantee fair access for fans who have traveled across the United States to support Morocco during the tournament.Rosso Verde claimed many longtime supporters were unable to secure tickets through official channels despite attending previous matches and making significant financial sacrifices to follow the team.

The group said the situation has become a recurring issue during Morocco’s World Cup campaign, questioning both the transparency of the process and the criteria used to distribute tickets.

“We are not asking for privileges,” the statement stressed. “We are demanding our right to purchase tickets at their official price in a fair and transparent manner.”

The supporters also criticized what they described as poor organization and a lack of communication from the parties in charge.. According to Rosso Verde, genuine fans are being sidelined while others with connections or unofficial access continue to obtain tickets more easily.

The statement further warned that such situations risk damaging the relationship between supporters and the national team, especially at a moment when Morocco is enjoying one of the most successful periods in its football history.

Morocco have reached the quarterfinals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup after defeating Canada 3-0 and is preparing for a highly anticipated clash against France.

As excitement continues building ahead of the match, concerns surrounding ticket availability and fan access have increasingly become part of the conversation among Moroccan supporters both inside stadiums and online.
