Casablanca – Real Madrid have completed the signing of Moroccan international Yasmine Zouhair as part of the club’s summer transfer, strengthening the women’s team’s attacking options ahead of the new season.
Zouhair shared her excitement over the move in a post on her official social media account, writing: “A dream come true. I’m proud to announce my signing with Real Madrid.
Becoming part of this historic club is something I’ve always dreamed of.”
The Moroccan forward began her career in France with Saint-Étienne before moving to Italy to join Roma. She then made the switch to Spain, signing for Real Betis on July 31, 2024, on a deal that runs until 2026. During her time with Betis, she made 24 Liga F appearances, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
Widely regarded as one of Morocco’s brightest young talents, Zouhair captained the country’s youth national teams and represented Morocco at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She has also earned four caps for the senior national team, continuing to present herself as one of the country’s most promising players.
