Rabat – Raja Club Athletic are continuing to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2026-27 season.

The Casablanca club have completed the arrival of six new players during the summer transfer window.

The new signings are Michael Agbekpornu, Marian Huja, Younes Dahmani, Chemseddine Knaidil, Ishak Zidani, and Luis Felipe, also known locally as “Felipinho.”

Michael Agbekpornu

Ghanaian midfielder Michael Agbekpornu is Raja’s latest signing.

The 27-year-old plays in central midfield. He joins the Green Eagles after previously playing for SD Huesca in Spain.

Agbekpornu also has experience with Croatian club Slaven Belupo and Albanian side KF Egnatia.

He was a free agent when he reached an agreement with Raja. His contract with the Moroccan club runs until 2029.

The midfielder is expected to add physical strength and defensive work to Raja’s midfield.

Marian Huja

Raja have also strengthened their defense with Marian Huja.

The 27-year-old Portuguese defender plays as a centre-back. He joined Raja from Romanian club CFR Cluj in August 2026.

The transfer was reportedly completed for around €350,000.

Huja brings experience from European football and is expected to add depth and physical presence to Raja’s defense.

Younes Dahmani

Moroccan winger Younes Dahmani is another important addition.

The 25-year-old joined Raja from US Touarga on August 7, 2026.

He signed a contract that runs until 2030.

Dahmani was one of Touarga’s notable attacking players last season. His performances attracted Raja, who moved to secure his long-term services.

Chemseddine Knaidil

Raja also added Moroccan left-back Chemseddine Knaidil.

The 23-year-old defender joined from COD Meknès, giving the club another option on the left side of defense.

His arrival adds depth to the position as Raja prepare for a demanding new campaign.

Ishak Zidani

Ishak Zidani has also joined the Green Eagles.

The Moroccan defensive midfielder arrived from RCA Zemamra in late July.

His profile gives Raja another option in the defensive midfield role and increases competition in the centre of the pitch.

Luis Felipe “Felipinho”

The club has also brought in Brazilian youngster Luis Felipe, known locally as “Felipinho.”

The midfielder joined Raja from the Fluminense youth setup on a free transfer in August.

His arrival gives the club another young option in midfield and adds an international element to Raja’s new-look squad.

Raja building for the new season

Raja’s summer recruitment shows a clear focus on strengthening several areas of the team.

The club have added experience with players such as Agbekpornu and Huja. They have also invested in younger Moroccan talent, including Dahmani, Knaidil, and Zidani.

The arrival of Felipinho adds another young foreign player to the squad.

With six new players already through the door, Raja are continuing to prepare for the 2026-27 campaign.
