Rabat – Moroccan international Ismael Saibari has publicly criticized Air Arabia, describing it as the “worst company in the world” and accusing its employees of showing little respect for customers.
In an Instagram Story shared today, the Moroccan midfielder expressed his frustration with the airline, directing his criticism at its staff and the quality of its customer service.
Tagging Air Arabia’s official Instagram account, Saibari wrote: “Worst company in the world, their employees have no respect for their customers.”
He continued by accusing the airline of repeated problems, describing its staff as “incompetent and inhuman workers.”

The strongly worded message suggests dissatisfaction with the airline’s services, although Saibari did not explain the circumstances behind his criticism.
He did not specify whether the complaint concerned a particular flight, a booking issue, or an interaction with airline employees.
The Moroccan international also did not identify the airport or destination involved in the alleged incident.
Air Arabia is a United Arab Emirates-based low-cost airline group that operates several carriers, including Air Arabia Maroc, which serves routes connecting Morocco with international destinations.
Saibari tagged the airline group’s official account rather than identifying a specific subsidiary in his post.
The footballer’s public criticism comes through his verified Instagram account, where he regularly shares updates with supporters about his professional career and personal activities.
As of publication, no public response from Air Arabia addressing Saibari’s specific allegations could be verified.
