Rabat – Students at the International University of Rabat (UIR) met recruiters and took part in interviews today as the university hosted the seventh edition of its annual job fair, bringing together more than 40 companies from different sectors.
The event was jointly organized by Rabat Business School (RBS) and the College of Engineering and Architecture to connect students with employers and support their entry into the job market.
A key part of the event was the signing of six partnership agreements. Rabat Business School signed two conventions, with CFG Bank and Autoroutes du Maroc (ADM), while the College of Engineering and Architecture signed four with Stellantis, Alten, Casanet, and SQLI.

Tarek Zouadi, Director of Executive Education and Corporate Relations at RBS, said the fair provides a meeting point for students and professionals seeking new talent and skills.
“The job fair is a bridge between academia and the corporate world,” he told Morocco World News (MWN), adding that the school’s network of corporate partners continues to expand.
Zouadi said the agreements with CFG Bank and ADM would strengthen the school’s corporate relations network. He welcomed the two companies as new partners, describing their involvement as an added value for the institution.

Salma Yaqoubi, Communication Manager at the College of Engineering and Architecture, said the event brought together companies from different fields to help engineering and architecture students access the job market.
She cited international companies such as Yazaki and Stellantis among the participants, saying their presence reflected the university’s commitment to employability and to giving engineering students opportunities to begin their careers.
Students also used the fair to meet recruiters and explore employment and internship opportunities. Ghita El Hernoussi, a fifth-year Strategic and Digital Marketing student at RBS, said she had already completed two interviews, one with Orange and another with the Gili and Kia Group.
“It went very smoothly,” she told MWN, adding that she had met many welcoming people and was pleased with the experience.
The participating companies represented several sectors, including automotive manufacturing, engineering, banking, telecommunications, and transport.
Through company stands, recruitment interviews, and direct meetings with professionals, the fair gave students an opportunity to learn about employers’ needs and explore possible career paths before graduation.
Yassine Nadi, Human Resources Director at Stellantis Kenitra, said the company was seeking to strengthen its partnerships with Moroccan universities and training centers, particularly in research and development and innovation.
“We believe in the importance of maintaining or rebuilding the bridge between companies and universities,” he said, adding that closer ties with educational institutions help align academic training with the skills needed in the automotive industry.
