Mohammedia – Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest vision for connected living at IFA 2025 in Berlin, introducing “AI HOME: Future, Living, Now.” The company says the concept isn’t about distant tech dreams but about making homes smarter and more human today.
“Samsung’s AI Home moves beyond smart devices to homes that truly understand you, adapt to your needs, and care for what matters most,” said Cheolgi Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Digital Appliances.
The vision ties together three core innovations: Bespoke AI, Vision AI, and Galaxy AI. Together, they aim to make everyday life more convenient, energy-efficient, and secure.
For example, SmartThings routines can automate lights, heating, and even blinds, while SmartThings Energy claims to cut washing machine energy use by up to 70%.
New Bespoke AI appliances propel this shift. The upgraded Jet Bot Steam Ultra vacuum can detect spills, even transparent liquids. The Bespoke AI Washer and Dishwasher adjust cycles based on clothes or dishes, while a new extractor induction hob frees up kitchen space.
On the entertainment side, Vision AI powers immersive experiences. A 115-inch Micro RGB display offers cinema-level visuals, while The Movingstyle portable AI-powered TV adapts to any room. The new Samsung Sound Tower adds powerful audio and lighting effects with up to 18 hours of battery life.
Galaxy AI also expands beyond smartphones, with Samsung aiming to bring AI features to more than 400 million devices by the end of 2025.
Visitors to IFA can see Samsung’s showcase at Berlin’s CityCube from September 5-9, alongside a massive 50-meter-wide digital art installation created with artist Maotik.
Samsung’s message is clear: the AI-powered smart home isn’t coming in the future – it’s here now.
