Rabat – Rabat Business School (RBS) has announced five new strategic partnerships with five prestigious institutions spanning four continents.

In a statement, RBS explained that the collaborations would solidify its position as a key player in management education and expand its global presence.

The first partnership concerns the University of Sydney in Australia, which ranks among the top 20 worldwide. Through the partnership, RBS opens doors for students to engage in research, academic exchanges, and international collaborations.

Wits Business School of Johannesburg in South Africa is the second institution on the list. It ranks among the leading universities in sub-Saharan Africa according to the latest Times Higher Education (THE) ranking.

Manchester Metropolitan University of the United Kingdom is another one involved in the agreement. Through this strategic alliance with a prestigious British institution, RBS students can pursue a dual degree from the university, which is situated in one of the UK’s largest student cities.

The fourth university on the list is Sprott School of Business, Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.

Sharing RBS’s commitment to continuous improvement and program quality assurance, this Canadian institution will offer RBS students valuable experiences to broaden their global and intercultural perspectives, the statement explains.

Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in Scotland is the fifth institution. Collaborating with this business school would grant RBS students access to world-class management education at one of the oldest British universities, accredited by the Royal Charter.

Under the partnership, the International University of Rabat (UIR) hopes to provide RBS students with more opportunities for growth and learning.

Olivier Aptel, the Dean of Rabat Business School, expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnerships, stating, “These alliances further enhance RBS’s portfolio of 170 partner business schools across 46 countries on five continents.”

Explaining the merits of the partnership, Aptel said that the “exceptional network” enables UIR to provide “globally recognized, world-class education that aligns with the evolving challenges and demands of the business landscape.”

“These collaborations offer RBS students enriching international experiences, the development of multicultural skills, and the preparation for successful careers in an increasingly interconnected world,” he added.

Rabat Business School is recognized by AACSB accreditation and positioned among the top 100 Business Schools globally according to the Financial Times and QS World University Ranking. The school boasts an enrollment of over 2,000 students.

Leveraging its extensive network comprising 170 international partners, Rabat Business School offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, which include a bachelor’s program, eight master’s programs, an Executive MBA, a doctoral program, and an array of 23 Continuing Education programs.
