Agadir – Capgemini Morocco and La French Tech Casablanca have launched a partnership agreement to strengthen Morocco’s technology ecosystem by supporting innovation, developing digital skills, and fostering closer collaboration between Moroccan, French, and international stakeholders.
The partnership aligns with Morocco’s Digital Morocco 2030 strategy and aims to enhance the country’s appeal as a destination for entrepreneurs, investors, and technology experts.
The collaboration will focus on promoting knowledge sharing, supporting startups, and developing talent through joint initiatives in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, responsible innovation, mentorship, and digital skills.
Capgemini Morocco’s teams will also participate in the committees and thematic communities led by La French Tech Casablanca, bringing together startups, corporations, institutions, investors, and technology specialists.
“By joining forces with French Tech Maroc, we are laying a structural foundation for the country’s tech ecosystem. This partnership goes far beyond a signature – it defines a clear path toward building the next generation of Moroccan tech champions,” said Badra Hamdaoua, Managing Director of Capgemini Morocco.
“Together, we will drive tangible initiatives: fostering open innovation, supporting startups in scaling their impact, strengthening bridges between corporates and entrepreneurs and accelerating the development of talent equipped to lead responsible, high-impact technologies.”

In a statement announcing the partnership, Capgemini said the alliance seeks to “help shape a more innovative, inclusive and connected technology ecosystem” in Morocco by connecting talent, expertise, and entrepreneurial ambition.
“Together, we aim to unlock new opportunities and empower the next generation of tech leaders in Morocco,” the company said, adding that the partnership will drive initiatives focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, talent development, and responsible technologies to support sustainable growth.
The agreement has already produced its first initiative through the Elles Tech Tour program, organized by La French Tech Casablanca.
Capgemini hosted women entrepreneurs and startup founders as part of the initiative on June 29, pledging to promote exchanges between female entrepreneurs, startups, major companies, and institutions while encouraging greater participation of women in the technology sector.
Discussions during the event centered on AI, digital transformation, leadership, and the contribution of female talent to Morocco’s growing innovation ecosystem.
