Famous for its unique architecture and luxurious hotels, Marrakech has much more to offer tourists, according to Forbes Magazine.

Selman Marrakech, a lavish palace at the foot of the Atlas mountains which is famous for its Arabian thoroughbreds, comes on top of Forbes’ list of memorable places to visit while in Marrakech.

The 50-room mansion is the perfect romantic getaway with a fairytale-grade oasis surrounded by palm and olive trees.

Selman Marrakech is the perfect spot to experience the luxurious side of Morocco and indulge in the Arab-Moorish culture. The luxury resort also features a spa, offering Biontology-based detox treatment as well as traditional-based treatment.

The palace is acclaimed worldwide for its open-air Le Pavillon restaurant, serving a wide range of Moroccan traditional dishes.

Aside from offering its visitors the unique chance to sample all sorts of Moroccan dishes, the sideshows during dinner time featuring the mansion’s gorgeous Arabian horses are quite the marvel.

Second on the Forbes list is Basha Coffee, a one-of-a-kind coffee shop that offers its visitors an elaborate list of the over 200 best-soured coffee varieties in the region.

Since officially reopening in 2017, the fascinating palace was first established in 1910 and it has hosted some of the world’s most prominent figures across two centuries.

The coffee shop is now also home to the Museum of Cultural Confluences, an exhibition revolving around Moroccan culture. The internal architecture and dazzling mosaic tilework of the coffee shop offer its visitors a sensational experience.

The third luxurious La Maison Arabe resort lies in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina. The lavish hotel offers its visitors cooking classes in Moroccan cuisine. The luxurious oasis also offers a world-class culinary experience with Moroccan, French, and Asian-inspired dishes in its “Les Trois Saveurs” restaurant.

The Majorelle Garden comes in fourth place on Fobes’ list. The 2.5-acre garden features towering palm trees and a dazzling cubist villa. The garden also hosts a large collection of artifacts and offers visitors a comprehensive tour of Moroccan history.

Last on Forbes’ list are the aerial excursions delivered by Ciel D’Afrique.

The air balloon journeys are the perfect way to enjoy the vast landscapes of North Africa. There are several journeys to choose from, and visitors can enjoy breakfast while soaring in the sky.
