Christopher Thomas is an undergraduate junior at Emory University majoring in International Studies and minoring in Arabic. He has studied in Morocco through the SIT Multiculturalism and Human Rights Program in Rabat and has conducted independent research about the Moroccan public education system. His fascination with local culture and national developments prompted him to stay for the summer to further engage with the people and develop his communication skills. Outside of academics, Christopher serves on the executive boards of the Emory International Relations Association, Model United Nations Emory, and Emory Jiu Jitsu Club. He is a native English speaker with intermediate Arabic and French language skills.
