Rabat – Officials from the Kawkab Athletic Club of Marrakech (KACM), a football club from the city of Marrakech and crowned champions of Morocco in two occasions (1958 & 1992), have been reportedly treated “rudely” by American actor Tom Cruise who was given previous approval from authorities to film scenes from his big budget production movie “Mission Impossible 5” in the Grand stadium of Marrakech.

KACM officials reportedly felt “humiliated” after being unable to park in the parking lot of the Grand stadium, which is technically their own stadium, and were forced to go through a narrow passage in order to access to the grandstand to watch their club’s match against Ittihad Zemmouri de Khemisset, according to le360.ma website.

Sonarges, the company in charge of many stadiums throughout the country including the Grand stadium of Marrakech, justified Tom cruise’s step to deny access to the parking lot and to the grandstand saying that it was “out of fear of potential damage of filming equipment,” the same source added.
