Casablanca – Badr Hari challenged Rico Verhoeven to another fight after he lost by a technical knockout in the Glory Collision match, and Rico accepted.

The long-awaited Glory Collision fight between Morocco’s World Champion, Badr Hari, and the Dutch Champion, Rico Verhoeven, ended in the most unexpected way. After only a few minutes of the fight, as Badr Hari was scoring points, his right arm got injured. The referee ended the match, announcing Rico the winner.

After the match ended, Badr Hari gave a speech from the ring, addressing his fans. He greeted his Moroccan fans and extended his salutations to “All [his] fans in Germany, France, the UK, and other places.”

Asked about what happened to his arm, Hari stated, “I don’t know what happened to my arm, I really don’t. I will go to the hospital and see what’s wrong.”

The World Kickboxing Champion complimented his opponent, saying, “He is a strong opponent and has a strong physique.”

During the speech, Badr Hari announced that he challenges Rico Verhoeven to another match. He asserted, “You know, I don’t want to lose this way, and he doesn’t want to win this way. Let’s do it again.”

The cameras focused on the Dutch Champion, who nodded in consent when Badr Hari challenged him.

The match was supposed to be Hari’s final career fight.
