Rabat – Minister of Justice, Mohamed Aujjar, on Monday began a three-day visit to Berlin to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation regarding legal and forensic medicine.
“Given that Germany is quite well developed in the forensic medicine field, the Ministry of Justice will propose that training courses be given to magistrates and future forensic pathologists,” noted a senior official in the justice department.
The field of forensic medicine uses medical knowledge to investigate crimes, especially those causing injuries or death.
During his time in Germany, Aujjar will meet various German officials, including the German Minister of Justice, Heiko Maas.
Minister of Justice Aujjar is also Morocco’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other International Organizations in Switzerland.
