Rabat- Prince Moulay recently hit the beach of Skhirat, a town 25 kilometers from Rabat, to enjoy the sun.
He posed for photos with beach-goers, who appeared happy to come across the Prince.
A picture of the Prince in a sleeveless T-shirt and dotted shorts was posted on an unofficial page of King Mohammed VI on Facebook.
Many comments seemed to appreciate the picture which was widely shared.
“All respect for our dear Prince Moulay Rachid,” said one comment. “It’s so sweet of him to meet with people on the beach. It’s so kind.”
In recent years, it has become normal to see members of the Moroccan royal family in casual clothes and posing for pictures with Moroccans, both in the kingdom and abroad.
