Rabat – The Impulse program was designed with Masschallenge, a global start-up accelerator, which has supported more than 1900 start-ups around the world, raising $4.3 billion in funding.

Impulse is an accelerator program for start-ups in the fields of agritech, biotech, mining technology and nanotechnologies.

Impulse will be open to moroccan and international start-up projects, with an aim to foster the development of an innovation hub that will respond to African needs.

Through the program, start-ups will have the opportunity to compete for a $250,000 prize at the Demo Day where the projects will be presented to a panel of judges. The start-ups will also have access to UM6P facilities including a large co-working space, as well as study exchange programs in the United States and Switzerland.

The program aims to help start-ups build local and international networks.

Applications for the program are open until October 1. The accelerator program will start on January 15, with the Demo Day taking place on April 8.
