Abdelmoumen Najoua holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and an MBA in Finance.

About BCP banking group

BCP banking group is Morocco’s second-largest banking group and ranks in the top 10 largest banking groups on the African continent, with multiple offshore offices in Europe.

Over the last decade, the Moroccan bank has enacted an African-focused expansion strategy. BCP already controls multiple subsidiaries across 18 African countries.

In 2021, BCP’s African subsidiaries contributed 25% to the bank’s growth rate.

In line with Morocco’s overall strategy to deepen inter-continental business partnerships.

Historically, Moroccan business ventures in Africa were primarily clustered in western Africa. Shared linguistic background and a unified currency are all behind the preference according to experts.
