After a long wait, Real Madrid are reportedly close to concluding a transfer deal with Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, according to Spanish sports daily Marca.
Marca journalist Juan Ignacio Gallardo reports that Real Madrid will not formally announce the move until summer, but the agreement is expected to be completed mid-next week.
Transfer fees will be between €60 and €80 million, with Mbappe set to earn roughly €25 million in salary every season after taxes, according to Marca.
Reports indicate that Real Madrid have certainly secured the world’s most-wanted player for next summer and it is just a matter of time until he officially joins the club. The Spanish club has exclusively focused on ensuring the summer transfer of Mbappe, keeping all other deals on hold.

With three months until the expiration of his contract with PSG and becoming a free agent, Mbappe has been the target of one of the prestigious clubs in La Liga.
PSG management has previously offered the French international roughly £500,000 a week, the highest salary in football’s history, to persuade him to remain in Paris.
The French striker received generous offers from Real Madrid last summer but PSG managers declined.
It is yet to be seen whether Mbappe will realize his childhood dream and wear Real Madrid’s jersey.
