Rabat – Al Bandar Restaurant and Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait will bring Moroccan gastronomy to Burj Alshaya in Kuwait City.

Chef Rachid Ouzkit from Four Seasons Resort Marrakech will present a set of authentic Moroccan dishes every evening from 7 to 11 p.m, from October 12 to 21, the hotel announced on its Instagram page.

The culinary veteran with 25 years of experience has served in the Royal Palace in Rabat as well as a set of prestigious restaurants in France and Morocco. His cuisine is known for reflecting refined Moroccan gastronomy with simple yet flavorful character.

From October 28 onwards, the “Taste of Morocco” will be carried out by the hotel’s Executive Chef Thierry Papillier who got familiar with the country’s cuisine during his time at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca.

Under Papillier’s supervision, the special evenings will resume every Wednesday for a three-month duration.

For dessert, the Al Bandar restaurant will serve an orange salad with cinnamon and milk pastilla.

As the guests enjoy their feasts accompanied by a range of ten shisha flavors, Al Bandar’s DJ Nicole will perform evocative beats.
