Rabat – The Moroccan futsal team is set to play against its Brazilian counterpart in a friendly game this Sunday for the second time in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Here is all you need to know about when and how to watch the game.

After the team’s outstanding performance last Friday, in a match attended by 3,500 people, today’s game is much anticipated by Moroccan Futsal fans.

Commenting on the previous game, Morocco’s National Futsal Coach Hicham Dguig said that the Moroccan team “came to play under pressure in front of devoted fans,” adding that the pressure is to the Moroccan team’s advantage as it would help them hone their skills. “ It is an honor to play in front of the world champions.”

For his part, the Brazilian coach Marquinhos Xavier said that “it was a great match.” The Brazilian coach went as far as to call the game “a world-classico.”

Noting the Moroccan team’s performance, Xavier said that “they posed a significant challenge for the Brazilian team,” explaining that “these games are real opportunities to evolve, especially against world-class adversaries like Morocco.”

Following the friendly games, both teams are looking to prepare for the World Cup in 2024.
