Rabat – South Korean electronics company Samsung has inaugurated its first Premium Customer eXperience Lounge in Morocco’s Casablanca, offering clients a more personalized and interactive experience.
The “unique” space offers customers various services and benefits, as well as the opportunity to discover Samsung’s “innovative products,” said the company in a press release.
“This unique concept allows visitors to enjoy an immersive experience in an exceptional setting, while benefiting from practical and efficient support,” indicated the statement.
The lounge will provide a dedicated space where Samsung customers can try out the company’s latest products, as well as receive technical support and personalized recommendations.
Casablanca’s Premiere CX Lounge features four areas, including a kitchen and laundry room, a living room, a gaming area, and a Media Art Gallery Lounge. According to Samsung, the space would enable customers to try out products in an environment that is similar to their everyday life.

In addition, the lounge will include a multi-product customer service center, which showcases all of Samsungs’ product lines, including mobile, home appliances, and audio-visual products.

Especially through a single application – SmartThings – and with a single device, it is possible to connect all devices to experience the home of tomorrow,” said James Kim, President of Samsung Electronics for the Maghreb region (SEMAG).
Kim highlighted Samsung’s “clear vision,” which aims to “promote tranquility in our connected world, so that innovation finds its purpose – to help people focus on what matters most to them.”
Through the Casablanca Premium CX Lounge, Samsung attempts to appeal to Moroccan customers by providing them with a high-quality and convenient shopping experience, with a focus on personalized support and services.
