Rabat – The Israeli army launched its latest violent attack on Palestine today, destroying dozens of homes and public facilities across multiple locations, including the Al-Durrah Children’s Hospital in Gaza.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health condemned the aerial attacks that caused damage to the Al-Durra Children’s Hospital in Gaza City, describing them as a “clear violation of international humanitarian law.”
Palestinian news agency WAFA quoted the ministry as saying: “The attacks constitute a clear violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention, which stipulates the protection of health institutions and their neutralization from military targets.”
Israeli F-16 fighter jets bombed agricultural land in Gaza’s Al-Tuffah neighborhood and in the southwest of the city, resulting in the destruction of several sites in the area, WAFA reported.
The Israeli airstrikes caused “moderate damage to homes and public facilities,” including the Al-Durrah Children’s Hospital, which suffered “material damage” as a result of the airstrikes, detailed the Palestinian news agency.
The massive explosions caused by airstrikes near the hospital terrified children and medical personnel, but no casualties were reported.
Earlier today, another Israeli aerial raid west of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, injured a 12-year-old Palestinian child.
The attacks follow the horrific storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli troops in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to Territory Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on the human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, “at least 31 Palestinians were injured inside and immediately outside the compound and at least 450 Palestinian men were arrested.”
Yesterday, Israeli forces invaded the compound again and cleared the mosque of worshippers, including elderly individuals.
Despite Israeli restrictions, nearly 130,000 Palestinian Muslims reportedly attended the Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Several countries have condemned Israel’s violent storming of the mosque, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, Egypt, and Morocco.
In denouncing the Israeli attack, Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Israel’s continued violations of Palestinian rights could “destroy all attempts for regional peace.”
