Rabat – Air Arabia is celebrating the inaugural flight of its new Fez-Nice air route, which took off on June 24 with a departure from Fez.
Air Arabia said in a statement today that the flight reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its flight network to meet customer demand.
The addition of this route enriches Air Arabia’s European network and underlines its commitment to “democratize” air travel, the airline said, stressing its determination to continue to offer a “diversity of destinations while guaranteeing quality service.”
In a different statement, Air Arabia also announced it is launching a new connection between Tangier and Cologne, a city in western Germany.
The airline similarly launched the flight on June 24, with a view to making travel accessible to all customers planning trips to either Cologne or Morocco’s Tangier.
The company said the opening is part of a new program targeting a new generation of travelers– stressing that passengers can enjoy all of its services under its AirReward loyalty program.
The program helps passengers earn points for all expenses and exchange them for free flights or any other additional services.
The company has been increasing its air routes connecting Moroccan destinations with other cities across the world.
Last week, Air Arabia announced the launch of new direct flights linking Morocco’s Oujda, in the Oriental region with both Lyon and Lille, in France.
“The goal is to meet the needs of travelers, while offering innovative services,” the press release said, adding that the new air route reinforces the airline’s network.
