Marrakech – The Moroccan Insurance Federation has announced a generous donation of 150 million Moroccan dirhams ($15 Million) to aid in managing the aftermath of the recent Al-Haouz earthquake.
In the statement announcing the move, the federation underlined its commitment to supporting the affected communities, irrespective of insurance policy obligations.
The catastrophic earthquake, which struck the Al-Haouz region in central Morocco on September 8, left a trail of devastation and grief, prompting various sectors of society to unite in solidarity.
