Rabat – A group of pro-Israel jewish people in France have sparked controversy with disturbing comments expressing joy over the killing of Palestinian children in Gaza, even going as far as wishing for their complete annihilation.

In a widely circulated video, some members of the group sarcastically asked why there are only a few children attending school in Gaza. One individual gave a chilling and shocking response while laughing, saying, “Because we have killed all the children.”

The same individual continued with a disturbing tone of jubilation, stating:, “There is nothing left in the classrooms … they [the children of Gaza] will all be gone under the rubble.”

These shocking remarks have ignited a wave of controversy and condemnation amid the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza.

Israel has killed over 9,900 Palestinians, including 4,000 children, in Gaza and West Bank since October 7.

According to the UK-based charity Save the Children, one Palestinian child has lost their life approximately every 15 minutes since the new cycle of violence started on October 7.

The controversial remarks unfolded at a time when France has been increasingly vocal in its support for Israel, leading to its decision to ban pro-Gaza demonstrations in the country.

In addition, the French Ministry of Justice warned of legal consequences for individuals expressing their support for the Palestinian resistance fighters.

French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin has defended the ban on pro-Palestinian demonstrations across the country, citing concerns about the potential disruptions to public order in France.

Despite these restrictions, protesters in major French cities have taken to the streets to condemn the Israeli attacks on Gaza.
